Why one to one?
Working one to one with me is the most effective way to create a significant change for yourself. During these intimate sessions (which can be both online or in person) we learn how to utilise certain breath techniques to address our deep rooted behaviour patterns. To change limiting beliefs about what we are capable off and to open a door way to positive change.
Breathwork has a way of getting to the root of our problems, but it also has the unique ability to help us clear them. Trauma and any negative event from the past leaves a residue in our body and until we use a body based practice to release it, it will remain there. No amount of talking therapy will shift it. This is why so many people are using Breathwork as a way to let go, to really find themselves.
