"How am I here again?"

"How am I here again?"

"It felt like walking a tightrope blindfolded, just one breeze away from falling into the abyss."

That’s where I was almost ten years ago just before it all became too much and I fell.

I landed on the kitchen floor, crying over a dropped pack of eggs. It wasn’t about the eggs, obviously. It was about years of unprocessed pain, buried memories, and emotional chaos finally erupting.
That moment broke me open—and started everything. It was the moment I knew..

“I need help!”

And now, I help others who are where I once was.
Because I know what it’s like to:

Lose your shit over something small.

Think you're getting on top of things, only to be floored again.

Feel so close to peace and still somehow miss it.

Breathwork, Emotions & Embodied Change

Talking helps. I spent years in therapy. But it only took me so far.

Because emotions don’t reside in your thoughts. They live in your body.

Tightness in your throat. Heaviness in your chest. Churning in your stomach. That’s your body trying to say something.

This is really why Breathwork matters, it's a gateway to move beyond your thoughts.

Breathwork is everywhere now—and that’s great. But very few are being shown how to genuinely connect with it

Maybe you’ve had a one-off session where you felt something big—tears, shaking, even a transcendental moment. It felt like something got “fixed.” But then… your back on that same emotional rollercoaster unsure when the next drop will hit.

Or maybe use breathwork only when things feel bad—as a way to calm down. Another pattern of struggling to navigate the highs and lows

And you know what? This is ok. I did that too. When I discovered Breathwork I thought I’d cracked the code, that all my problems were over. Spoiler alert.. they weren't. There was still work to do.

But if you are done with these big emotional swings, it would be understandable.

Breathwork genuinely changed everything for me—But I had to work something out, something powerful.

When you deeply connect your breath, body and emotions, it transforms you.

It creates space to feel what’s been buried.

It builds capacity to hold what is there.

And to finally release that weight you’ve carried for years.

This is lasting change, to be able to come back to the parts of you that got left behind.

Why this works

Hi, I'm Brian.

I’m a father, husband, artist, educator, and breathworker—dedicated to walking beside those on the path of deep change.

After years of study, training, and personal experience, I’ve developed a grounded, compassionate approach that helps people feel safe enough to feel.

To drop the bullshit. The Armour. The “I’m fine.” The constant managing.

This is where the masks are removed—and the change begins.

I’ve trained across many breathwork and somatic traditions, guiding thousands into altered states where deep emotional change unfolds. This isn’t just theory—it’s lived.

I was born into chaos and walked through my pain. That’s why I can hold space without flinching.

My gentleness isn’t soft. It’s earned.

A 3-month, one on one support combining breathwork, somatic awareness, and compassionate guidance.

It is a bespoke experience, a direct personal partnership and we will work together prior to your first session to determine your unique path and understand your specific needs.

There is, however a foundational framework:

We'll focus to:

Regulate your bodies response system

Regain a sense of safety in your body

Build capacity to hold difficult emotions

Develop somatic awareness that helps you track your body's signals

Learn to access and release emotions stored in your body

Integrate what arrives for lasting change

Without exaggeration, this has been one of the most powerful journeys of my life! It has illuminated more than any of my other contemplative practices.

Program Breakdown

Month 1: Embodied Wisdom

Theme: Building Safety Within

In this first phase, we use breathwork as a gentle but powerful entry point to return to the body. Before we can feel deeply, we need to feel safe. This month is about learning to connect to your body in a way that regulates you and anchors you in presence.

  • Foundations of Somatic Awareness: Practices to help you slow down, notice more, and feel without needing to fix.
  • Breath as a Bridge: Learn to use breath to interrupt anxious spirals and bring yourself into the present moment.
  • Rebuilding Safety in the Body: Use breath and somatic awareness to slowly reconnect with your body as a place of safety.
  • Daily Breathwork and Somatic Awareness Practice for Regulation & Grounding

Month 2: Connection & Capacity

Theme: Feeling More (safely)

With a foundation of safety, we gently begin to turn toward what’s been stored inside—unprocessed emotions, unmet needs, protective patterns. Through somatic awareness and breath, we build the capacity to feel more without being flooded

Holding your emotions: Practice staying with emotions long enough to understand what they’re asking for.

Awakening Your Needs: Use body-based inquiry to uncover the needs beneath your emotional patterns.

Meeting Your Shadows: Explore the protective parts of you through sensation, posture, and breath—without trying to fix or change them.

Breathwork for Emotional Release: Let the breath support the body in moving what words can’t.

Month 3: Processing Change

Theme: Coming Home to Yourself

Now that you’ve learned to feel and hold more, this final month is about integration. It's not just about processing pain, but reclaiming the full spectrum of your emotional life—joy, pleasure, confidence, rest. You begin to inhabit your body as home, not a battlefield.

Embodying Wholeness: Make space for all parts of you—grief, joy, desire, strength—to coexist.

Rediscovering Joy & Aliveness: Learn to trust pleasure and vitality again—not as a distraction, but as a birthright.

Breathwork for Integration: Use the breath to deepen into this new version of yourself—more grounded, more whole.

Final Note from me..

I’ve been in the trenches—rage, shame, disconnection. I know how lonely and confusing it can be.
But I also know the peace that comes when you finally feel safe inside your own body. When you stop fighting yourself. When you begin to trust that you’re not broken—you’re just waiting to reconnect.

You’ve carried this for long enough. Let’s walk through it together.
With warmth and belief in your healing

While therapy often focuses on understanding your patterns intellectually, Steady Ground combines conversation with direct body-based practices that help you access and release emotions stored in your physical body. Many clients find this approach complements their therapy work, helping them move beyond intellectual understanding to embodied transformation. We're working with the nervous system directly, creating change at a physiological level.

No prior experience is necessary. The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We start with simple, accessible breathwork practices and gradually build your capacity. Many clients who've never done breathwork before find it surprisingly accessible and powerful. I'll guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout the process.

Aside from access to Zoom via laptop or computer, All you need is a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, a yoga mat or comfortable place to lie down, and perhaps a blanket and pillow for support. No special equipment is required. The practices are designed to be simple and accessible, something you can integrate into your daily life without complicated setups.

For optimal results, I recommend setting aside 15-20 minutes daily for breathwork practice, plus occasional longer sessions (30-45 minutes) once or twice a week. However, we'll work together to create a realistic practice plan that fits your life. Even 5-10 minutes of consistent daily practice can create significant shifts over time.

Many clients find they've developed a solid foundation of skills and practices they can continue independently. Some choose to continue with monthly maintenance sessions to deepen their practice, while others feel complete with the initial program. We'll discuss your specific needs as we approach the end of our work together and create a plan that supports your continued growth.

Most clients report noticing subtle shifts in their awareness and relationship to their emotions within the first few weeks. By the end of the first month, many experience noticeable differences in their ability to regulate their nervous system. The most profound and lasting changes typically unfold throughout the full three months as your practice deepens. Remember that healing isn't linear—you may experience significant breakthroughs followed by integration periods.

While breathwork is generally safe, there are some medical conditions for which certain breathwork practices may not be appropriate. During our discovery call, we'll discuss your specific health situation to ensure this approach is right for you. The program is highly personalized, and I'll adapt the practices to meet your unique needs and circumstances.

Creating safety is my highest priority. We'll establish clear boundaries and develop personalized resources before exploring challenging emotions. I'll guide you in building a "safety toolkit" that helps you regulate your nervous system. If you ever feel overwhelmed, we'll pause and use these tools to help you return to a regulated state. The program is designed to gradually build your capacity to be with difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed.

The full investment for the 3-month program is £1700. Payment plans are available to make this investment more accessible. We can discuss the options during our discovery call to find an arrangement that works for you. I accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

Life happens! I ask for 48 hours notice for rescheduling when possible. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same month, and we'll find a time that works for both of us. If you need to miss a session during your reflection week, we can use that time for a voice message check-in instead.

Understand your needs and boundaries.

Build resilience and compassion.

Stop over-functioning and under-feeling.

And most importantly—you come back to yourself.
