Winter has its own rhythm, a natural pull inward, a season for clearing, resting, and gathering warmth again.
But life rarely allows that.
So we move through December exhausted, stretched thin, disconnected from ourselves
This journey is designed to help you return to your own rhythm:
- to see what’s burned out,
- to clear space around the embers,
- to reconnect with the spark that’s still alive in you,
- and to feed it until warmth returns.
Not by force.
By tending.
During 10 live online sessions we’ll come together to help you find presence and prepare for whats ahead
From December 8th -21st we meet every evening Mon - Friday 8pm (uk time)
Sessions will last 30 or 45mins (see below)

What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! Every session is recorded, so you can catch up whenever it suits you. You’ll also have access to the recordings for the full two weeks.
I’ve never done breathwork before. Is this for me?
Absolutely! This reset is designed for all levels, whether you're brand new to breathwork or have some experience. Each session is guided, so you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Do I need any special equipment?
Nope! Just access to Zoom and quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Headphones, yoga mat, blanket, or cushion might make it cozier, but nothing special is required.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes Monday-Friday. Perfectly designed to fit into a busy schedule.
What time are the live sessions?
We meet on Zoom at 8 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday.
What happens on the weekends?
There are no live sessions on weekends, but you’ll have access to the recordings so you can revisit any session and keep the momentum going.
What if I struggle with breathwork?
That’s completely normal! Some people feel immediate benefits, while others need a little time to adjust. You’ll be guided through everything gently, and there’s space to ask questions and share experiences.
Can I join if I have anxiety or past trauma?
Breathwork can be a powerful tool for emotional regulation, but if you have a history of trauma or significant anxiety, it’s important to go at your own pace. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before signing up.
What happens after the reset?
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of breathwork and practical tools you can continue using daily. Plus, you’ll have the option to continue working with me if you want to go deeper
