As the year closes in and the light begins to fade, we’re given a quiet chance to pause, to feel what’s here and listen to what’s been waiting beneath the noise.

For many of us, the rhythm of life has become unrelenting, holding it together, supporting others, and carrying a little more than you can manage alone.

So as winter approaches, here’s an invitation:

To step back from it all and to tend to your hearth, the place your fire resides

To tend to your heart.

  • to clear space around the embers,
  • to reconnect with the spark that’s still alive in you,

Session Information

Week one: Reflection

Seeing what’s burned out and discovering what needs a little attention.

Day 1: What flames have burnt out? (45 mins)
A slow practice to pause, meet the body and mind as they are, and notice if you’ve been running on empty.

Day 2–4: Clearing the Hearth (30 mins)
A three-part practice to create space, invite balance, and rebuild the conditions for new warmth

Day 5: Awakening the Ember (45 mins)
A deeper, varied-breathing session to reconnect to the quiet spark within and feel its restorative potential.

Day 6–7: Weekend Self-Practice
Continue with the recorded sessions to keep your body steady and your mind clear.

Week Two: Rekindling

Tend your inner fire to stay warm, steady, and supported through winter.

Day 8: Feeding the Ember (45 mins)
A grounding practice to connect with the ember you’ve carried, give it attention through your breath.

Day 9–11: Building the Fire (30 mins)
A three stage journey to nurture your inner fire, to find strenght through concious compassion. 

Day 12: The Solstice Fire (45 mins)
A closing practice using the breath to burn off residue and welcome the returning light

Day 13–14: Weekend Self-Practice
Use the recordings to integrate, steady your body, and carry this grounded state into daily life.

All sessions recorded in case you miss one

❓ What if I can’t attend live?
✅ No worries! Every session is recorded, so you can catch up whenever it suits you. You’ll also have access to the recordings for the full two weeks.

❓ I’ve never done breathwork before. Is this for me?
✅ Absolutely! This reset is designed for all levels, whether you're brand new to breathwork or have some experience. Each session is guided, so you’ll be supported every step of the way.

❓ Do I need any special equipment?
✅ Nope! Just access to Zoom and quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Headphones, yoga mat, blanket, or cushion might make it cozier, but nothing special is required.

❓ How long are the sessions?
✅ Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes Monday-Friday. Perfectly designed to fit into a busy schedule.

❓ What time are the live sessions?
✅ We meet on Zoom at 8 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday.

❓ What happens on the weekends?
✅ There are no live sessions on weekends, but you’ll have access to the recordings so you can revisit any session and keep the momentum going.

❓ What if I struggle with breathwork?
✅ That’s completely normal! Some people feel immediate benefits, while others need a little time to adjust. You’ll be guided through everything gently, and there’s space to ask questions and share experiences.

❓ Can I join if I have anxiety or past trauma?
✅ Breathwork can be a powerful tool for emotional regulation, but if you have a history of trauma or significant anxiety, it’s important to go at your own pace. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before signing up.

❓ What happens after the reset?
✅ You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of breathwork and practical tools you can continue using daily. Plus, you’ll have the option to continue working with me if you want to go deeper
