For people who are used to holding a lot on their own, and are ready to set some of it down.

Part One – Mythic Listening (≈15 min) You’re guided into an embodied listening space and then invited to receive an ancient myth. This somatic journey invites you to notice what is felt as you listen, and to sense what else might be holding you.

Part Two – Rooted Breath (≈33 min) – A mythic breathwork session to deepen your sense of being supported from within. A chance to move into a gentle altered state of awareness and to lean more fully into being in relationship with life.
