Life feels heavy right now. Its common to try to solve that heaviness by holding tighter or carrying it alone.

This is an invitation to move out of isolation and into a state of shared weight.

Across 8 live sessions, we use the breath to move from a place of "managing" life to a place of being in relation with it.

It’s not about fixing your problems; it’s about changing how you carry them.

Hold your seed gently, and let it be held. It can be tended by many hands.

Why Spring Awakening?

Spring has its own rhythm, a soft return of movement, warmth, and life beneath the surface.

But often we miss its arrival

Rushing from discomfort of winter towards the hope of the spring. Usually still holding too much, trying to carry life on our own. 

This journey is a space to move into your own rhythm again, one inline with turning of the season:

  • to set the weight of winter down.
  • to soften where you’ve stayed braced,
  • to remember the quiet support that has been there all along.

Not by forcing change.
By remembering how to hold and be held

Session Information

Week one: Soil

Monday 8pm: Nestled in the Soil  (45 mins)
Opening slow practice to pause, meet the body and mind as they are, a moment to rest.

Wednesday 8pm: Tending the Cracks  (30 mins)
A rhythmic practice to support connection to whats moving within and what needs a little compassion

Friday 8pm: Rooting in the Earth (30 mins)
A resorative, varied rhythm breathing session focused on stabilty and foundations

Sunday 10am Towards the Surface (60 mins)
A flowing, embodied breath practice to meet the edges of growth, explore the stirrings of life within

Week Two: Sun

Monday 8pm: Sensing the Light (30 mins)
A gentle, awakening breath practice to notice the first return of warmth, energy, and possibility in the body.

Wednesday 8pm: Shedding the Coat (30 mins)
Rhythmic Breath practice to support old protections to soften as the body begins to feel safe again. 

Friday 8pm: Receiving the Rain (30 mins)
Varied Breath session allowing nourishment and feeling to reach places that have been closed

Sunday 10am: Standing Tall Together (60 mins)
Closing deeper breath journey. Breath back into relational life, in connection with all things.

All sessions recorded in case you miss one

❓ What if I can’t attend live?
✅ No worries! Every session is recorded, so you can catch up whenever it suits you. You’ll also have access to the recordings for the full two weeks.

❓ I’ve never done breathwork before. Is this for me?
✅ Absolutely! This reset is designed for all levels, whether you're brand new to breathwork or have some experience. Each session is guided, so you’ll be supported every step of the way.

❓ Do I need any special equipment?
✅ Nope! Just access to Zoom and quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Headphones, yoga mat, blanket, or cushion might make it cozier, but nothing special is required.

❓ How long are the sessions?
✅ Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes Monday-Friday. Perfectly designed to fit into a busy schedule.

❓ What time are the live sessions?
✅ We meet on Zoom at 8 PM (UK time), Monday Weds & Friday 10am Sunday

❓ What if I struggle with breathwork?
✅ That’s completely normal! Some people feel immediate benefits, while others need a little time to adjust. You’ll be guided through everything gently, and there’s space to ask questions and share experiences.

❓ Can I join if I have anxiety or past trauma?
✅ Breathwork can be a powerful tool for emotional regulation, but if you have a history of trauma or significant anxiety, it’s important to go at your own pace. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before signing up.
